Responsibilities:
- Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the local business unit.
- Responsible for the employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee relations, performance & talent management, training and development, offboarding.
- Leading the local recruitment in the unit and working with hiring managers and creating solutions to improve recruiting processes.
- Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Design and lead cross unit projects in learning, knowledge sharing, peer groups facilitation.
- Data integrity and operation- maintain an accurate database of the unit’s employees and positions.
- Support the unit wellbeing activities, partnering with the relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively supports the delivery of HR annual processes in the unit
- Be the POC for general HR related questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management.
- Designs development plans for key talents and key job positions
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience as a HRBP/ HRP
- Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
