This role involves managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. You will also lead local recruitment efforts, collaborate with hiring managers to enhance recruiting processes, and identify/implement changes to mitigate risks. The position also entails designing and leading cross-unit projects related to learning and knowledge sharing, maintaining accurate employee data, and supporting wellbeing initiatives. A key aspect is acting as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and driving positive changes in people management, including developing plans for key talent and positions. Must have:

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as a single point of contact for the employees and managers in the local business unit.
  • Responsible for the employee lifecycle: onboarding, employee relations, performance & talent management, training and development, offboarding.
  • Leading the local recruitment in the unit and working with hiring managers and creating solutions to improve recruiting processes.
  • Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
  • Design and lead cross unit projects in learning, knowledge sharing, peer groups facilitation.
  • Data integrity and operation- maintain an accurate database of the unit’s employees and positions.
  • Support the unit wellbeing activities, partnering with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Proactively supports the delivery of HR annual processes in the unit
  • Be the POC for general HR related questions and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in people management.
  • Designs development plans for key talents and key job positions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a HRBP/ HRP
  • Excellent relationship-building and coaching skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
