- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in instructional design
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of designing learning experiences
- Familiarity with instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
- Experience with e-learning development tools
- Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts
- Experience with user testing and feedback sessions

Description
- Assist in designing and developing instructional materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and job aids
- Support the evaluation and revision of existing training materials based on learner feedback and assessment results
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance
- Utilize best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences
- Help review course builds for accuracy, usability, accessibility, and instructional quality
- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine instructional materials
- Maintain organized documentation of design processes and project progress
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in instructional design
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of designing successful learning experiences for diverse audiences
