Job Description

We are seeking an Instructional Designer to join our team. The role involves supporting the development of engaging and effective learning experiences by collaborating with subject matter experts. Responsibilities include designing and developing instructional materials such as e-learning modules and training manuals, evaluating and revising existing training materials, gathering content from subject matter experts, and applying best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of designing successful learning experiences.
Must have:

Good to have:

Description

We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the development of engaging and effective learning experiences, collaborating with subject matter experts to create instructional materials that enhance the learning process.
 
Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and developing instructional materials, including e-learning modules, training manuals, and job aids
  • Support the evaluation and revision of existing training materials based on learner feedback and assessment results
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Utilize best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences
  • Help review course builds for accuracy, usability, accessibility, and instructional quality
  • Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to refine instructional materials
  • Maintain organized documentation of design processes and project progress
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in instructional design
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of designing successful learning experiences for diverse audiences
