This hybrid role combines hands-on marketing experience with strategic project management responsibilities. The role involves coordinating timelines, documentation, and workflows across marketing initiatives. It also includes supporting creator collaborations, business marketing projects, and monitoring emerging trends in social media, content, and e-commerce. The candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure high-quality execution and contribute to strategic planning.

About our team Our SEA Integrated Marketing & Communication team is a dynamic group of creative minds, strategists, and marketing enthusiasts who are passionate about redefining the way people shop online. As a pivotal part of Bytedance's E-commerce Business, we work tirelessly to showcase the innovative potential of our platform, bridging the gap between users and their favorite contents & products. The team's core responsibility is to craft and execute integrated marketing and communications & campaign strategies that resonate with our diverse audience across SEA. We build brand awareness, drive user engagement, and enhance the overall shopping experience. About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Project Management/2B and 2C Marketing with a passion for learning and a talent for making things happen. In this role, you’ll support major marketing projects — from creator collaborations to business enablement — while gaining exposure to how marketing works from the inside out. This is a hybrid role that combines hands-on marketing experience with strategic project management responsibilities. You’ll work closely with consumer and business marketing leads, helping them stay organized and effective while gradually taking on more ownership of marketing outputs. Responsibilities Project Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Coordinate timelines, documentation, and workflows across active marketing initiatives in both consumer and business teams - Work alongside creative, business marketing, and production teams to keep deliverables moving and aligned - Join planning and review sessions to help connect details to broader marketing goals - Build operational confidence and exposure across key marketing channels and stakeholder groups Creator & Talent Partnership Enablement - Support the coordination of creator and celebrity-led projects - Help identify ways to repurpose or extend creator content across channels and campaigns - Track deliverables, review content for alignment, and document insights to improve future collaborations - Contribute ideas on how to better activate talent partnerships in support of your team’s initiatives Business Marketing & Strategic Projects - Assist with the rollout of large-scale business-facing projects, including merchant showcases, CSR campaigns, and rollout of new programs - Help organize materials, stakeholder comms, and project workbacks to ensure high-quality execution - Support the development of toolkits and documentation that make these initiatives scalable across teams Trend Monitoring - Monitor emerging trends in social, content, creator formats, and ecommerce behavior - Share timely observations to help shape creative planning, platform activations, and creator workstreams - Offer input on tone, content styles, and message formats that align with youth culture and platform behaviors
