Responsibilities include project planning, execution, risk identification, cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and reporting. The position requires a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in marketing, creative, or agency environments, familiarity with tools like Asana and Confluence, and excellent communication skills. Experience in B2B marketing and SaaS is preferred.

Being a Marketing Project Manager at iManage Means… 

You will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns at iManage.  You will coordinate cross-functional projects, manage timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals.  You have strong organizational skills, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and quality. 

iM Responsible For… 

Project Planning & Execution 

  • Developing detailed project plans, timelines and workflows to execute marketing campaigns, creative development and content initiatives. 
  • Managing day-to-day project tasks, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. 
  • Proactively identifying risks, challenges, and roadblocks.  Providing solutions to keep projects on track and escalating issues as needed to ensure timelines and deliverables continue to be met. 
  • Working closely with internal teams and external agencies or vendors to coordinate and align project execution. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Facilitating communication and alignment across cross-functional marketing teams and stakeholders. 
  • Serving as the point of contact to ensure all stakeholders are informed about project status, priorities, and deadlines.  Partnering and aligning on SLAs for tasks and activities that align with broader project plans. 
  • Partnering with Revenue Operations to align tools, processes and reporting frameworks. 

Process Optimization 

  • Establishing and refining project management processes and workflows to drive team efficiency and accountability. 
  • Identifying opportunities for automation, process improvement, and clearer cross-team collaboration. 
  • Ensuring effective resource allocation and workload balancing across marketing teams. 

Reporting & Documentation 

  • Tracking and reporting on project progress, milestones, and key metrics. 
  • Providing regular project status updates, including timelines, risks, and budget considerations. 
  • Maintaining thorough project documentation, including briefs, schedules, approvals and retrospectives. 

iM Qualified Because I Have… 

  • 5+ years of project management experience in a marketing, creative, or agency environment 
  • A proven track record of successfully managing multiple, complex projects simultaneously 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail 
  • Familiarity working with tools like Asana and Confluence 
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across stakeholders 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities 
  • Experience working in B2B marketing and SaaS environments preferred 
  • PMP certification or experience with Agile methodologies a plus

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $100,000–$130,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
