Our founders have previously started, built, and taken a company public (NASDAQ: PUBM), worth well over US$1B. We are looking to take our learnings, learn a lot along with you, and do something more exciting this time. This journey will be incredibly rewarding and incredibly difficult!  

We are building this company with a hybrid working approach (3 days a week in the office), with our main teams for time zone management in San Francisco Bay Area (United States) and in Pune (India). The founders are based in the Bay Area and in Bangalore. 

We’re hiring a Product Designer to help us elevate the user experience across Bito’s AI Agents. This role will play a crucial part in shaping how developers interact with AI in their everyday workflows. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead end-to-end design: wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes 

• Define user flows and interaction models for web, IDE, and CLI experiences 

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to turn technical challenges into intuitive solutions 

• Conduct developer user research and usability testing 

• Drive the development and refinement of our design system 

• Iterate quickly based on feedback and data 

Qualifications: 

• 4+ years of experience designing digital products (preferably SaaS or devtools) 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking and clean UI 

• Proficiency in Figma or similar tools 

• Understanding of basic front-end tech (HTML, CSS, JS) 

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
