Brillio is seeking a Product Manager to define and execute the roadmap for data products, focusing on clickstream and behavioral data. The role involves serving as the voice of the customer, championing data as a product, and ensuring datasets are discoverable, trustworthy, and fit for purpose. Responsibilities include collaborating with data engineering, analytics, and digital product teams to define data requirements, establish SLAs, and ensure robust data pipelines. The Product Manager will translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories, oversee tracking plans and digital instrumentation, and own data quality processes for clickstream data, including validation, anomaly detection, and documentation. The position also requires ensuring data privacy, compliance, and governance policies are integrated into the product lifecycle and acting as a liaison between engineering, marketing, product, analytics, and executive teams. Facilitating training and education around available data products and tools is also part of the role.
