PUBG EAST Region Business & Strategy Planning Manager (6+ years experience)
Job Summary
Job Description
This role focuses on the strategic planning and execution of PUBG's long-term success in the Asian market, including China, Korea, and Southeast Asia. Responsibilities encompass data analysis for insightful decision-making, developing and implementing game business strategies, competitive game analysis for improvement suggestions, and managing regional services and agencies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business planning capabilities, and excellent communication skills in English.
Must have:
- 3+ years Game Live Product PM/Marketing exp.
- Excellent data analysis & reporting skills.
- Fluent Business English
- Strong business planning & execution abilities.
Good to have:
- Mobile & PC game launch experience
- Chinese language proficiency

- 데이터 분석 및 인사이트와 개선 방향성 도출
- 게임 사업 전략/계획 수립 및 실행
- 경쟁 게임 분석 및 게임 개선안 기획 및 제안
- 각 주요 지역 서비스 관리 및 에이전시 발굴, 관리
이런 경험을 가진 분과 함께 성장하고 싶습니다! (필수요건)
- 게임 라이브 프로덕트 PM/마케팅 3년 이상 보유 (총 경력 6년 이상 필수)
- 상위 수준의 각종 지표 분석, 사업기획 및 보고 역량 (PPT, 엑셀, Word 등)
- 원활한 비즈니스급 영어 구사
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분
