Our Recruitment crew is looking for a new team member! This job is all about finding talents, building relationships with the best candidates, walking them through our recruitment processes, creating high quality candidate experience and supporting our leads and managers in decisions on expanding CDPR’s team. There’s a lot of talking to people too. Sounds interesting? So how about having a chat with us?

Daily Responsibilities

• Providing full cycle recruitment processes.
• Delivering a professional expertise on recruitment solutions.
• Acting as a partner for Hiring Managers and providing full scale recruitment support.
• Active participation in candidate experience and employer branding projects. 
• Acting as a company representative on conferences, job fairs and other events as needed.
• Searching for the best candidates using appropriate tools. 
• Communicating with the candidates, conducting behavioural competency based interviews.  and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Preparing and publishing job ads. 
• Supporting onboarding and relocation of the new hires.

• Proven min. 3 years of experience as a Recruiter (gained in-house or in a recruitment agency).
• Hands-on experience with various selection methodologies.
• Proven experience in conducting competency based/behavioral interviews. 
• Outstanding communication skills. 
• Ability to take ownership and decisiveness.
• Open-minded approach and self-reliance. 
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Fluent English and Polish.
• Passion for video games is more than welcome!

Working mode

• Hybrid: working from the Warsaw studio for at least 3 days a week.
