Job Description

GoFundMe is seeking a detail-oriented Renewals and Sales Support Specialist to join their GoFundMe Pro team. This role will primarily focus on managing the renewal process for enterprise customers, ensuring a smooth and timely experience to support retention and client satisfaction. Additionally, the specialist will provide essential sales support throughout the presales cycle, maintain CRM data integrity, and contribute to efficient deal execution. Responsibilities include tracking renewals in Salesforce, owning the renewal workflow, preparing and routing renewal order forms and agreements, and acting as a point of contact for clients during the renewal process. The role also involves supporting Account Executives with administrative tasks, managing Salesforce data, and coordinating with various departments like Legal, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure seamless deal progression. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in renewals, sales support, account coordination, or CRM administration, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software, and be proficient in Salesforce. This is a remote, full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

You’ll also provide key sales support throughout the presales cycle, maintaining CRM data integrity, and contributing to efficient deal execution. The Job...

  • Enterprise Renewals Support
    • Track and manage upcoming renewals for enterprise accounts in Salesforce.
    • Own the renewal workflow, ensuring all documentation, approvals, and pricing updates are completed on time.
    • Prepare and route renewal order forms and agreements, working closely with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance.
    • Act as the point of contact for Account Executives and clients during the renewal process, delivering a smooth and efficient customer experience.
    • Ensure all renewal-related data in Salesforce is complete, up-to-date, and properly attributed for reporting and analytics.
  • Sales Support & CRM Management
    • Support Account Executives with administrative and operational tasks throughout the sales cycle, including opportunity creation, data hygiene, revenue accuracy, contract coordination, and order entry in Salesforce.
    • Serve as a Salesforce power user—updating records, generating reports, and ensuring clean, accurate data across accounts and opportunities.
    • Assist in preparing quotes, verifying pricing details, and preparing proposal documents with high attention to detail.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Legal, and Customer Success to move deals forward efficiently and compliantly.
    • Maintain clean and consistent data and documentation for internal sales processes, templates, FAQs, and training materials.
    • Support sales development efforts by coordinating with enterprise development representatives and management for process optimization and efficiencies.

  • Client Interaction & Communication
    • Maintain updated client records and assist with inbound client inquiries related to paperwork or timelines.
    • Coordinate client-facing communication for deal status, documentation needs, and renewal check-ins.

You... 

  • 1–3 years of experience in renewals, sales support, account coordination, or CRM administration, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proficient in Salesforce (required); experience with quoting tools, CPQ, or CLM systems is a plus.
  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $66,500 - $99,500 + equity + benefits.  As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
