Job Description

The Sales & Partnerships Associate will support the business development team. This entry-level role is suitable for recent graduates or those with internship experience in sales, marketing, or partnerships. Responsibilities include researching potential clients, supporting outreach campaigns, nurturing leads and partnerships to drive growth. The role also involves market research, drafting and sending outreach emails, updating the CRM, scheduling meetings, building and maintaining partner relationships, and assisting with partnership onboarding and documentation.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Internship or coursework in sales, business development, or client management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
Good to have:
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or CRM tools is a plus.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Partnerships Associate to support our business development team. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates or those with internship experience in sales, marketing, or partnerships.
As part of the role, you'll research potential clients, support outreach campaigns, and assist in nurturing leads and partnerships to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partners
  • Assist in drafting and sending outreach emails, follow-ups, and proposals
  • Support the sales pipeline through CRM updates and lead tracking
  • Schedule and coordinate calls/meetings with prospects and partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners
  • Assist in partnership onboarding and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Internship or coursework in sales, business development, or client management
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) or CRM tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset
