Job Description

As a Senior Producer, Integrated Production, you will lead large integrated projects for a national telecom client. You will be responsible for bringing the creative vision to life while managing budgets and meeting client requirements. Your responsibilities include leading project execution, managing teams, vendor procurement, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You'll also be responsible for evaluating permits, releases, and rights clearances. You will collaborate with various teams, build relationships, and coordinate meetings and reports. You should have the foresight to plan ahead and be the main point of contact for internal and vendor communications, ensuring all partners are well-informed throughout the production process. You will document and lead post-project summary meetings to share learning within the department.
Must have:
  • 6 years minimum agency experience as a Producer with print expertise
  • Experience producing large productions including production specs

Job Description: Senior Producer, Integrated Production Job Description We’re looking for a Senior Producer, Integrated Production to join our team focused on retail experiences for a national telecom client. Reporting to the Executive Producer, Integrated Production, you’ll lead large integrated projects and are responsible for their creative and success by taking the creative vision to a new level, while staying on budget, and meeting client challenges in a way that demonstrates creativity. You’re curious and strive to pursue your craft.
  • You’ll elevate the creative by finding versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive while leading the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger projects. 
  • You’ll collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, editors, and animators.
  • You’ll manage integrated projects, primarily including print and art production. 
  • You’ll mentor junior talent and share production experiences with others to help department growth.
  • You’ll maintain a network of preferred partners and contacts of go-to resources for creating any manner of project (vendors, artists, agents). 
  • You’ll lead the vetting process to determine whether ideas are feasible within the project parameters, such as budget and schedule.
  • You’ll lead the execution of large integrated productions (<1mil) including overseeing large multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement and management, and ensuring overall quality of work with multiple deliverables and multiple workstreams.
  • You’ll be the first line of defense on evaluating when and what needs permits, releases, usage terms, and other rights clearances.
  • You’ll build relationships with Business Affairs as a partner in discovery and throughout the production process, and will have a full understanding of AICP and AICE bid formats.
  • You’ll track and actualize production budgets, working with Business Affairs.
  • You’ll coordinate meetings, production notes, status reports, task lists, and tracking against production deadlines and milestones. 
  • You’ll have the foresight to see a project's trajectory and put a plan in place to get ahead of its development by being strategic rather than just tactical and reactionary.
  • You’ll be the point person for all daily internal and vendor communications and be the backbone of the production and for the group by ensuring that all important partners are kept informed and (if needed) educated on the production process.
  • You have a comprehensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines for shooting and recording of talent, including usage and payment considerations.
  • You’ll lead and document post-project summary meetings and suggesting ways to instill learnings within the department and across departments.
Qualifications
  • 6 years minimum agency experience as a Producer with an expertise in art and print
  • Demonstrated experience producing large productions (>1mil) including development of production specs, leading projects from pre-production through final delivery
  • Experience assessing feasibility of creative projects and propose production solutions that push the quality of work forward
  • Curious and excited by a challenging project
  • Only candidates in the New York City area will be considered as some in-office time is to be expected. 
Additional Information The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400.
