We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in production that drive significant business impact. With a passion for data science and a competitive edge demonstrated through Kaggle rankings, you will play a crucial role in advancing our Machine Learning initiatives.

What you will OWN:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to enhance customer loyalty and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct data exploration and feature engineering to improve model performance.
• Stay abreast of the latest machine learning techniques and technologies, applying them to solve challenging problems.
• Evaluate and monitor model performance, making iterative improvements to achieve business objectives.

You would make a GREAT FIT if you have :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas).
• Knowledge on cloud computing services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and their machine learning offerings.
• Proven track record on Kaggle(or similar) with a high ranking, demonstrating expertise in data science competitions.
  
• Experience with deep learning/Neural networks (nice to have).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
• Passion for innovation and a desire to stay at the cutting edge of machine learning and data science.
• Experience with building and deploying ML models in production.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning and recommendation systems – Nice to have.
