Bosch Service Solutions in Lisbon operates as a shared HR service center, focusing on IT tool development, information management, training, recruitment, and international assignments. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within the People Acquisition Campus in Portugal, you will support talent attraction and employer branding strategies for all Bosch divisions. Your responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies in collaboration with local HR and hiring managers, leading end-to-end selection processes from job posting to offer negotiation, acting as a brand ambassador for Bosch's Employee Value Proposition, and researching innovative recruitment ideas. You will also stay updated on recruitment trends, implement process improvements, and manage stakeholders by influencing decisions related to recruitment, competence evaluation, and hiring.
Must have:
  • Degree in HR, Management, or Psychology
  • End-to-end recruitment experience
  • Project management experience
  • Proficiency in English

Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

Within Bosch Portugal you will be part of the People Acquisition Campus, a specialized internal recruitment service that is supporting talent attraction and employer branding strategy for all Bosch divisions in Portugal. For that you will:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Support local HR and Hiring Managers in the definition of talent attraction activities and selection methods;
  • Selection Process: Lead the selection and hiring process, from job advertisement publication to offer negotiation;
  • Employer Branding: Act as a sponsor for Bosch Employee Value Proposition, as well as define strategy to attract the company's target talents. Participate in defined activities and research innovative ideas;
  • Continuous Improvement: Be aware of new trends and innovation in recruitment area, as well as implement improvements in the teams' processes;
  • Stakeholders Management: Lead discussions and influence with expertise decisions regarding recruitment, competence evaluation, hiring and internal processes between teams.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology or similar;

Experience: Previous experience in leading end to end recruitment processes. Experience in project management and continuous improvement activities;

Know-How: Candidates competence evaluation through interviews, ideally knowledge of SAR Method. Understanding of job market and active sourcing of potential candidates;

Working Style & Methods: Collaborative team player who thrives in multinational cross-functional environments. Proactive and solution oriented mindset;

Personality: Passionate about customer success and delivering results. Detail-oriented with a critical approach to problem solving and innovation;

Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
