What distinguishes you:
Education: Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Psychology or similar;
Experience: Previous experience in leading end to end recruitment processes. Experience in project management and continuous improvement activities;
Know-How: Candidates competence evaluation through interviews, ideally knowledge of SAR Method. Understanding of job market and active sourcing of potential candidates;
Working Style & Methods: Collaborative team player who thrives in multinational cross-functional environments. Proactive and solution oriented mindset;
Personality: Passionate about customer success and delivering results. Detail-oriented with a critical approach to problem solving and innovation;
Languages: Proficiency in English is required.
