The User Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for launching and scaling new music games globally through various organic and non-organic channels. This role involves managing and running user acquisition campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Applovin, and Mintegral. The specialist will analyze market and competitor performance, ad campaign metrics (installs, CPI, CTR, IR, ROI/ROAS), and A/B test creatives to understand user behaviors and define UA strategies. Collaboration with creative teams for UA insights and with global vendors/ad networks for campaign optimization is crucial. The role also requires understanding and implementing ad network best practices and exploring new networks to expand user inventories.
