Wireless Connectivity Product Manager

As our latest Wireless Connectivity Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of engaging product development from concept to market dominance. Your role:

•   Competitive intelligence: Continuously gather valuable intelligence from customers, competitors, and the markets we serve to create competitive and compelling products. As such, you will be the vital connection between cutting-edge technologies and customer needs.

•   Cross-functional engagement: Routinely collaborate with key stakeholders in Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain during product lifecycle phases to drive decisions that keep the product competitive.

•   Defining vision: Capture product definitions and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to create industry leading solutions.

•   Product leadership: Drive decisions on cost, pricing, and product change management. Actively contribute to BL market strategies, product strategies, and long-term product roadmaps. Champion your product by promoting its unique features and values to the markets.

Your background:

•   Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering [or similar]

•   8-10 years experience; 5+ years in tech-focused role, e.g., systems engineering, product applications, product marketing

•   Experience with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and 802.15.4 technologies

•   Understanding of operating systems such as Linux, Android, and RTOS

•   Proven ability to learn market needs and capture into a detailed requirements document

•   Strong innovative and collaborative mindset

•   Hands-on and detail-oriented mentality to drive topics proactively

•   Strong communication and presentation skills

The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year. We also provide competitive benefits, incentive compensation, and/or equity for certain roles.

Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs.
