Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing international accounts, ensuring clients understand workflows, and managing expectations. They will oversee project management, coordinating with internal and external parties, delivering against contractual obligations, and ensuring quality control. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple accounts, and a proactive approach. The candidate should have experience in TV, Digital and/or Print production. The ideal candidate should have excellent written & verbal skills in English and be detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Client Management Responsibilities
  • Ensure clients/agencies understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process
  • Set and manage client expectations, deliverables and timeframes
  1. Project Management Responsibilities
  • Set and manage client expectations, concurrently manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and timelines, ensuring work is delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Co-ordinate between all relevant parties - internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc) and external (Clients and agencies) where necessary to ensure things get done
  • Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs
  • Provide administrative support to team as required
  1. Quality Control
  • Act as a brand/QC guardian - always ensure brand guidelines and QC checklists and procedures are followed

 

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years managing and servicing international accounts
  • Experience working in TV, Digital and/or Print production (MR adaptations for various platforms)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly while maintaining attention to detail
  • Good to possess excellent written & verbal skills in English
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, client focused and proactive
