Job Description

This Account Manager role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with gaming clients in China. Responsibilities include understanding client business challenges and marketing goals, collaborating with internal/external stakeholders for project completion, achieving business growth targets by presenting Google advertising solutions, and developing data-driven analyses and recommendations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Mandarin, possesses digital advertising/sales experience, and can build strong client relationships. The role requires working with Google's advertising products to meet client marketing objectives, achieving growth targets, and providing strategic recommendations.

Job Details


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • Experience in customer-facing consulting or business.
  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
  • Experience in working in Gaming industry.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with Gaming clients in China, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and metrics.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a standard.
  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth targets, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build a knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
