Paytm Travel is seeking a Senior Manager for Ad Sales to drive advertising revenue by offering digital ad solutions to partners like airlines, hotels, OTAs, tourism boards, and lifestyle brands. This quota-carrying role requires a consultative sales approach, market understanding, and relationship building. Responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, developing media packages, acquiring new advertisers, managing accounts, staying updated on industry trends, collaborating with internal teams, and reporting on key performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of digital ad sales experience, preferably in travel, fintech, or e-commerce, with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
Must have:
  • 5+ years in digital ad sales or B2B enterprise sales
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly ad revenue targets
  • Develop seasonal and geo-targeted media packages
  • Identify new advertisers and build strong relationships
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data
  • Bachelor's degree required

Job Overview
As an Ad Sales Manager for Paytm Travel, you will be responsible for driving advertising revenue by offering digital ad solutions (e.g., sponsored listings, native integrations, display ads, and co-branded travel deals) to a variety of partners including airlines, hotels, OTAs, tourism boards, and lifestyle brands. This is a quota-carrying role that demands a consultative sales approach, strong market understanding, and ability to build high-value, long-term partnerships.

Revenue Growth & Target Achievement
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly ad revenue targets through customized advertising solutions.
Develop seasonal and geo-targeted media packages tailored to advertisers’ goals (e.g., reach, awareness, conversions).
Client Acquisition & Account Management Identify new advertisers from the travel, hospitality, retail, and fintech sectors.
Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers, focusing on repeat business and upselling. Drive campaign performance through ROI-led pitch strategies, reporting, and optimizations.
Market Strategy & Internal Collaboration Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings to refine and differentiate Paytm Travel’s ad sales strategy.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to co-create ad products, improve targeting capabilities, and enable closed-loop measurement.
Reporting & Performance Analytics Track key performance metrics such as CTRs, impressions, conversion rates, and retention.
Deliver actionable campaign insights and post-sales reports to clients.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:
5+ years of experience in digital ad sales, media partnerships, or B2B enterprise sales.
Preferred exposure to the travel, fintech, or e-commerce domains.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in performance-based environments

Skills & Tools:
Excellent negotiation, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.

Education:
MBA in Marketing, Media, or related fields preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required.
