The role supports the company's mission to be a trusted logistics partner through efficient, scalable, and customer-centric supply chain services, reporting to the Director of Sales or Head of Commercial Operations. The position requires balancing client satisfaction with business profitability, understanding pricing and margin dynamics in logistics, and managing both strategic account planning and daily operational issues. Success relies on using data and KPIs for decision-making, maintaining accurate reporting, and remaining calm under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.

The Senior Account Manager – B2B Logistics role exists to drive long-term strategic relationships and revenue growth with key business clients by delivering tailored logistics solutions, ensuring service excellence, and aligning operational performance with client expectations; this role directly supports the organization's mission to be a trusted logistics partner through efficient, scalable, and customer-centric supply chain services, and reports to the Director of Sales or Head of Commercial Operations.
Main Duties :
- Balances client satisfaction with business profitability; understands pricing, margin, and cost-to-serve dynamics in a logistics environment.
- Balances big-picture account strategy with the hands-on management of daily service and operational issues.
- Uses data and KPIs to inform decisions; maintains accuracy and diligence in reporting and operational follow-up.
