Job Summary

Job Description

The Business Development Manager (Dutch) will represent Axi within a model that differentiates the brand globally. The role involves collaborating with the marketing team to generate leads and retain clients. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, facilitating onboarding, expanding the client base through sales initiatives, conducting client outreach, hosting webinars, maintaining product knowledge, identifying suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to process enhancements. The role requires fluency in English and Dutch, with experience in client management and a strong understanding of financial products.
Must have:
  • Client management experience in the financial industry.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (required).
Good to have:
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, particularly in FX.
  • Fluency in French or German (advantage).

The role will represent the Organization within a model that differentiates Axi brand, from its competitors globally.

Your EDGE assignment/You will:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and retain clients.
  • Handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively.
  • Facilitate smooth on-boarding for new clients.
  • Expand the client base through sales initiatives.
  • Conduct client outreach via calls and online chat.
  • Host webinars and seminars.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and systems.
  • Identify and report suspicious activities in clients' accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with Cyprus regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to process enhancements and continuous improvement.

Are you the one?

  • Proven client management experience in the financial industry is desired.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, particularly in FX will be a great advantage.
  • Ability to speak fluent English and Dutch is a must, French or German will be considered as an advantage.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle a diverse client base and provide exceptional service.
  • Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and software.
  • Experience in conducting client education sessions.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
