Job Description

The Inside Sales Desk Associate will support Senior Sales Executives by identifying market opportunities and prospecting potential clients. They will schedule meetings and perform demonstrations, assisting in closing deals to meet quotas and objectives. Responsibilities also include generating contracts, managing prospect lists, responding to customer issues, and developing a deep understanding of relevant solutions. The role offers a hybrid work environment and the opportunity for career advancement. The job duties involve a variety of tasks focused on supporting sales efforts and client interactions.
Must have:
  • Identify key market opportunities and support senior sales.
  • Prospect potential clients using internal and external relationships.
  • Support in closing deals to meet individual/team quotas.

  • Manage prospect lists and maintain campaign activities.
  • Respond to escalated customer issues effectively.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the related solutions.
  • Process service requests and contracts in CRM.
  • Proactively take on new initiatives and exhibit curiosity.

Job Details

The Inside Sales Desk Associate will be responsible for: 

  • Support the Senior Sales Executives to identify key areas of opportunities in the market.
  • Prospect potential clients by leveraging internal and external relationships. Schedule meetings and perform demonstrations for senior sales team when required.
  • Supports the Senior Sales Executives in closing deals in order to meet individual/team quotas and company business objectives.
  • Generate contracts and ensure high quality client interactions.
  • Manage prospect list for each region. Maintain campaign lists and ensure outbound activity to prospects across multiple campaigns.
  • Responds to escalated customer issues.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Capital Markets, Investor Relations, Sustainability, and Board & Leadership solutions.
  • Process Service Requests and Contracts within CRM.
  • Proactively take on new initiatives and exhibit a curiosity for learning.
  • Aim to excel in the role so you can be promoted to the next sales position at Nasdaq.

This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 2 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
