NewRich is a rapidly expanding hybrid SaaS and educational platform focused on creator commerce, enabling coaches, experts, and digital entrepreneurs to launch courses, host live sessions, and build subscription-based communities. The company seeks a Creator Acquisitions Coordinator to bolster content partnerships and provide support to leading creators on their platform. Responsibilities include overseeing the complete content lifecycle from acquisition to launch, maintaining organized and clear communication with content partners, tracking content availability, ensuring timely launches of key content, coordinating with internal teams such as Marketing, Editorial, and Product, and liaising with content suppliers. The role also involves acquiring premium content for the community platform, documenting partner calls, following up on action items, assisting with content review and approval before publication, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance the creator experience.

We’re looking for a Creator Acquisitions Coordinator to help grow our content partnerships and support top creators on our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Help manage the full content lifecycle — from acquisition to launch.
  • Keep communication with content partners organized and clear.
  • Track content availability calendars and ensure key content is launched on time.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Editorial, Product) and content suppliers.
  • Help acquire premium content for our community platform.
  • Take notes on partner calls and follow up on next steps.
  • Assist in reviewing and approving content before it goes live.
  • Bring ideas to improve our creator experience.
