Cedacri International, part of ION Group, is seeking a Business Process Junior Developer to join its expanding team. The role involves developing software in Java under supervision, working with a variety of technologies, and supporting implementation and design for remediation projects. You will collaborate in large teams to achieve organizational goals and foster an innovative culture. The ideal candidate is a student in their final year of informatics, computer science, numerical sciences, or economics, with a problem-solving mindset, strong attention to detail, analytical and flexible thinking, and good written and verbal English skills. No prior software development experience is required. The company offers a paid 3-month training period, opportunities for professional growth, and continuous learning.
Must have:

For the expanding of our team, we are looking for Business Process Junior Developer. The ideal candidate will experience a dynamic, fast-paced and innovative environment, and will contribute to define the best software solution, while maintaining and evolving the current infrastructure. We are ready to invest in you, as to become an important team member and a good Software Developer
Your duties and responsibilities
Developing software in Java under supervision and help of an experienced Team lead.
Working with a wide range of technologies
Implementation and design support for the remediation projects(?)
Working in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture.
Team player with great interpersonal skills & self-motivated, fast learner, independent and proactive attitude.
Other duties
We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.
Your skills, experience, and qualifications required.
Students in the last year of College, University, Faculty of Informatics, or degree in computer science (engineering), numerical (mathematics and physics), Economics.
No need of working experience in Software Development.
Problem-solving mindset.
Strong attention to details.
Analytical & flexible thinking
Written & verbal English skills.
Knowledge of the following technologies:
- Good SQL skills (Oracle or SQL Server)
- Basic knowledge of BPM concepts
- Basic skills in Java
• Nice to haves
Experience building stored procedures, packages, views.
Experience creating and configuring workflows in order to automate business processes.
