Job Description
Varonis is looking for a Commission Administrator-Student Position to support the sales team's compensation plans. As cybercriminals become more sophisticated, the company is working to protect data from the inside out. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and executing sales compensation plans, introducing guidelines to new hires, and assisting with monthly commission payments. The work environment is flexible with a hybrid model.
Must have:
- Support and execute sales team compensation plans.
- Introduce compensation guidelines to new sales hires.
- Fluent in English, writing and speaking.
Good to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel

Key Responsibilities
· Support and execute the compensation plans of each of the Company’s Sales Team
· Introducing compensation plan guidelines to new hires in the sales department
· Assistance in the monthly commission payments process
Desired Skills & Experience
· One and a half years or more remaining of studies in Economics or Business Management
· Outstanding oral and written communication skills is a must
· Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
· Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills)
· Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment
· Highly driven and self-motivated
· Team player, can-do attitude, flexible, self-motivated
· Experience with Microsoft Excel - Advantage
