1. Responsible for player community operations, developing community promotion strategies for major game versions, planning and implementing community content and activities, and creating memorable community events.
2. Responsible for official social media account operations, promoting the implementation of updated operation strategies, planning social media topics, and producing content to achieve account data growth.
3. Based on community observation and game product planning, discover user needs and produce high-quality guides, cultural extensions, and creative content.
4. Systematically extract and manage segmented user feedback from the community, regularly output product improvement suggestion reports, and promote user experience optimization.
5. Understand game development processes, and be able to facilitate information flow, project management, and process improvement with external collaborating departments according to project team requirements.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in game community operations or new media operations; familiarity with Warmth IP and "Shining Nikki" players is a plus.
2. Rich content experience, proficient in at least one content form creation such as graphics/text/video/long-form articles; successful case studies are a plus.
3. Strong public opinion sensitivity, able to propose effective suggestions for product optimization based on game content and player pain points.
4. Deep understanding of female-oriented game user psychological needs, familiar with Gen Z social content and behavioral preferences.
5. Possess excellent cross-departmental collaboration ability, rigorous logic, and clear expression.
