We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in Kansas City. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause, and offering solutions

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and customer experience

  • Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction and response time
