We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Boston. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met

  • Track customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate support
