Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Boston. This role involves supporting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an outstanding overall client experience. You will play a key role in upholding Hype Tier’s standards of service, communication, and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and accuracy
Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
Track customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate support
Identify opportunities to improve service processes and suggest solutions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
1+ year of experience in customer service or administrative support
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital platforms
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
