THE ROLE
Our Customer Success team is responsible for ongoing relationships with our schools and customers across LATAM, driving up customer satisfaction and maximizing retention. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with an interest in education to join our dynamic team, with a strong passion for looking after and nurturing customers.
The role will be responsible for delivering training, providing proactive support and value add services, driving engagement with our platform, working closely with the sales team on smooth onboarding and transition, upselling of additional student licences and most importantly renewals. This is a fantastic opportunity for that ambitious person who wants their career to grow within a growing company.
