Job Summary

Job Description

The Customer Support Representative will provide personalized assistance and solutions for various customer inquiries through different channels such as chats and emails, ensuring a smooth and exceptional support experience. They will offer knowledgeable help to customers, going the extra mile in providing correct details to customer queries. This role involves adhering to Service Level Agreement (SLA) deadlines for resolving customer complaints promptly and collaborating with internal stakeholders, like the product and payments teams, for quicker resolutions. The representative will also identify and escalate complex customer issues to managers.
Must have:
  • 1 year of experience in customer support/call center
  • Fluent in Hindi, proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient knowledge of customer service practices
  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods
  • Able to maintain customer confidentiality
Good to have:
  • Proven track record of analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills

  • Identify and escalate customer requests to managers when there’s a complex issue.

We need your professional experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer support/call center;

  • Fluent in Hindi, proficiency in English (written and spoken);

  • Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard practices and procedures;

  • Knowledge of sales principles and methods;

  • Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
