Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and organizing events from start to finish

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams

  • Manage event setup, breakdown, and logistics

  • Prepare materials, promotional items, and supplies for events

  • Monitor event timelines and budgets

  • Support on-site execution and troubleshooting during events

  • Collect feedback and assist in post-event reporting
