Job Responsibilities
You will be involved in general HR and recruitment operations within the administrative department.
Specifically:
- Planning and executing recruitment measures
- Coordination with development departments (e.g., requirement hearings, designing ideal candidate profiles)
- Building relationships with talent agencies
- Recruitment public relations
- All operations related to contracts with temporary staffing and outsourced partners (including new business development)
- Reviewing HR systems
- Planning and operating in-house training
Required Experience/Knowledge
- Experience in some kind of problem-solving work (any business area)
- University graduate or higher
- Japanese language proficiency level for smooth business communication (equivalent to JLPT N1)
Preferred Experience/Knowledge
- Practical experience in the digital content industry

- Ability to actively learn about unfamiliar areas
