Job Summary

Job Description

This position involves general HR and recruitment operations within the administrative department. Responsibilities include planning and executing recruitment strategies, coordinating with development departments (e.g., hearing requirements, designing ideal candidate profiles), building relationships with talent agencies, recruitment public relations, and managing all operations related to contracts with temporary staffing and outsourced partners (including new business development). The role also involves reviewing HR systems and planning/operating internal training.
Must have:
  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies

  • Build relationships with talent agencies
  • Manage recruitment public relations
  • Manage all operations related to contracts with temporary staffing and outsourced partners (including new business development)
  • Review HR systems

  • Experience in some kind of problem-solving work (any business area)
  • University graduate or higher
  • Japanese language proficiency level for smooth business communication (equivalent to JLPT N1)

Job Responsibilities

You will be involved in general HR and recruitment operations within the administrative department.

  • Planning and executing recruitment measures
  • Coordination with development departments (e.g., requirement hearings, designing ideal candidate profiles)
  • Building relationships with talent agencies
  • Recruitment public relations
  • All operations related to contracts with temporary staffing and outsourced partners (including new business development)
  • Reviewing HR systems
  • Planning and operating in-house training

Required Experience/Knowledge

  • Experience in some kind of problem-solving work (any business area)
  • University graduate or higher
  • Japanese language proficiency level for smooth business communication (equivalent to JLPT N1)

Preferred Experience/Knowledge

  • Practical experience in the digital content industry

  • The estimated annual income is merely a guideline, and may fluctuate during the selection process.

Working Hours

Staggered working hours system (generally 10:00-19:00 work / standard working hours: 8 hours/day)

  • You can freely decide the start time between 8:00 and 10:00.
  • Discretionary labor system may apply depending on the ability layer at the time of joining.
