The Opportunity
Everyday Health Pregnancy & Parenting is looking for a Marketing Manager who’s passionate about creating meaningful, personalized experiences that address consumer needs, engage parents-to-be, and compel them to take action for a variety of our key business goals and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is creative, highly collaborative, has excellent attention to detail, and is obsessed with tracking progress to goals. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, the Marketing Manager will drive engagement for key programs that support expecting and new parents in obtaining the information and products they need as well as directly tie to company revenue goals.
They’ll collaborate closely with our product, design, commerce, and editorial teams to shape strategy to maximize consumer engagement and monetization. Then, to carry out these programs the Marketing Manager will work closely with design, data analytics, and production teams to ensure promotional messages reach the right users at the right times across various owned and operated as well as external channels including email, push, app messaging, social media, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop go-to-market and recurring promotional plans for digital/content products to drive user adoption, loyalty, and monetization potential.
- Manage content plan, scheduling and production of recurring and one-off push and in-app marketing promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to hone, socialize, and continually optimize digital product usage against key metrics.
- Write strategic direct response marketing copy and collaborate with product, edit and design to develop compelling product experiences and promotional creative.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis for ongoing marketing programs via a variety of sources – Google Analytics, Looker, Email Service provider, Push platform and internal tools.
- Develop optimization recommendations for marketing programs to continually grow key metrics. Construct and execute A/B tests to continually iterate and grow engagement.

Job Qualifications:
- Proven track record of managing performance-driven marketing campaigns with CTR and revenue targets
- 3+ years marketing experience
- BA degree or equivalent

Note: The salary compensation for this role is $65,000 to $80,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.
