As a Pre-Sales Consultant at Devoteam, you will support sales activities by providing technical expertise and designing solutions tailored to client needs. You will collaborate with clients, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, develop proposals, and deliver solutions. Your responsibilities include managing RFPs, developing technical proposals, engaging with customers, designing solutions, gathering and analyzing requirements, staying updated on industry trends, and creating documentation and presentations. You will also apply problem-solving and analytical skills to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions. The role involves translating complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business proposals.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Proven experience in Presales or Business Analysis.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  • Fast learner with a passion for technology.

Job Description

As a Presales Consultant at Devoteam, you will play a key role in supporting sales activities by providing technical expertise and solution design tailored to client needs. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, develop proposals, and deliver compelling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • RFP Management – Analyze client requirements, submit RFP questions, and ensure a comprehensive response that aligns with business and technical needs.
  • Technical Proposal Development – Create detailed and tailored technical proposals to address client challenges and demonstrate Devoteam's value proposition.
  •  Customer Engagement – Respond to customer queries, provide clarifications, and support the sales process with technical insights.
  • Solution Design – Develop high-level solution slides that effectively communicate technical architectures, methodologies, and implementation approaches.
  • Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis – Work with clients to extract, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for proposed solutions.
  • Continuous Learning – Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, adapting quickly to new concepts and tools.
  • Documentation & Presentation – Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) to create professional, data-driven reports and presentations.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking – Apply critical thinking and analytical skills to assess client needs and develop strategic solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business IT (BIT), Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 0-2 Years of experience.
  • Proven experience in Presales, Business Analysis, or a similar role in the technology sector.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven business proposals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Fast learner with a passion for technology, business strategy, and innovation
