Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Specialist at Loyalty Juggernaut Inc., you will provide technical expertise and support to the sales team. You will collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how the company's Loyalty offerings can meet their business requirements. Key responsibilities include leading pre-sales activities, creating proposals, conducting product demos, providing technical support, and building strong client relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be expected to understand the GRAVTY product and the loyalty industry.
Must have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and IT Tools
  • MBA in Marketing/Analytics or Mass Communication
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering (CS/IT preferred)

The Opportunity:


As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by providing technical expertise and support to our sales team. You will collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs, articulate product or service solutions, and show how our Loyalty offerings can meet their specific business requirements.


What will you Do:


To be successful in the role, you need to develop a deep understanding of our GRAVTY® product, including its features, functionalities, benefits, and technical specifications. You should stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor products to effectively position our Loyalty solutions in the market.


You'll:


  • Lead end-to-end pre-sales activities - from strategizing our offering to writing compelling proposals to conducting product demos to giving the elevator sales pitch
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and assess the technical requirements of potential clients
  • Create customized proposals and respond to RFPs/RFQs based on client needs, including cost estimates, timelines, and project scope and communicate the value proposition that LJI can bring to the table
  • Provide technical support during sales, including responding to technical queries and facilitating proof-of-concept trials. 
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our offerings address client challenges and deliver value 
  • Engage with clients to answer technical questions, address concerns, and build strong relationships
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer success, to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Is an engaging communicator who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for delivering persuasive presentations and articulate ideas and strategies through diverse mediums.
  • Possess exceptional analytical and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel /and other IT Tools.
  • An MBA degree in Marketing/Analytics complimented by an undergraduate in Engineering (CS/IT preferred) OR Mass Communication.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
