Job Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Salesforce involves responding to and qualifying incoming web and phone inquiries regarding Salesforce.com in Latin America. The SDR will create a positive first impression for prospects and customers, partnering with Account Executives to build pipelines and develop skills. Responsibilities include maintaining engagement with leads through creative follow-up communications and achieving monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed business. The ideal candidate is highly driven, possesses sound business acumen and strong technical aptitude, and has a desire to advance through a defined career path. Experience in software sales is a plus.
Must have:
  • Advanced written and verbal English
  • BS Degree (until June 25, 2023)
  • 1-2 years corporate experience
  • Strong desire for tech sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
Good to have:
  • Prior inside sales experience
  • Experience with metrics
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative

- Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding salesforce.com in Latin America
- Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a world class experience

Minimum Qualifications

- Advanced in written and verbal English
- BS Degree in 2023 until jun25
- 1-2 Years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (Software sales is a plus)


Preferred Qualifications

- Strong desire to be in technology sales
- Prior inside sales experience a plus
- Experience being held to metrics a plus
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective
- Strong problem-solving skills
- High energy and positive attitude
- Ability to take initiative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
