Job Description

The Senior Partner Account Manager will be a strategic advisor to main GMP clients, managing complex implementations and driving platform adoption at scale. They will manage a portfolio of high-value GMP clients, providing expert guidance on technology usage and best practices. The role involves leading strategic account planning sessions, escalating issues for complex technical challenges, promoting renewal strategies, delivering client training sessions, partnering with teams to advocate for client needs, and mentoring junior PAMs. This role focuses on high-value accounts, renewal negotiations, and expansion strategies to maximize client success and business growth. The salary range for this position is between $80,000-95,000 USD.

Job Description

Part of the Global Partnerships capability, the Partner Account Management (PAM) team is dedicated to onboarding and supporting Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients. With a focus on technology licensing, platform implementation, and renewals, the PAM team is the primary contact for GMP clients, providing the strategic and technical support needed to ensure the platform drives performance against their goals.

The Senior Partner Account Manager is a strategic advisor to main GMP clients, managing complex implementations and driving platform adoption at scale. Reporting to our VP of Partnership Account Management, you will focus on high-value accounts, renewal negotiations, and expansion strategies to maximize client success and business growth.

The salary range for this position is between $80,000-95,000 USD.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value GMP clients, providing expert guidance on
  • technology usage and best practices.
  • Lead strategic account planning sessions, aligning GMP capabilities with client goals.
  • Escalate issues for complex technical challenges, working to resolve issues.
  • Promote renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities to increase platform
  • investment.
  • Deliver client training sessions, product updates, and expertise presentations.
  • Partner with our teams to advocate for client needs and influence GMP product
  • roadmaps.
  • Work with teams to provide comprehensive client solutions.
  • Mentor junior PAMs and contribute to knowledge-sharing programs within the team.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing and growing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Advanced understanding of GMP (Google Marketing Platform) products, data analytics, and integrations is a must.
  • Negotiation & Renewal Management: Experience handling renewals, contract discussions, and commercial growth.
  • Partner Influence: Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Previous experience providing industry insights and strategic guidance to clients.
