We are looking for a successful and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our accomplished team. As a strategic partner, brand ambassador and skilled talent sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top-tier technical talent for a variety of roles across the company. This position is essential to fueling the growth of our teams as we continue to create innovative products and exceptional player experiences.

 

To excel in this role, you’ll need strong presence and credibility to partner effectively with internal stakeholders, organizational acumen to navigate company systems and culture, and the curiosity to stay ahead of emerging industry trends and technology.

 

This role is hybrid, based out of our headquarters in Pawtucket, RI.

 

A day in the life of a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner:

 

  • Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and internal teams. You influence, consult and collaborate to understand and deliver against hiring demands that support strategic business objectives.

 

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruiting process, including sourcing, assessing, facilitating interviews, negotiating, and closing job offers.

 

  • Talent Sourcing: Build and leverage innovative sourcing strategies to connect with diverse, global talent. Establish and nurture relationships with high-potential candidates for both immediate and future opportunities.

 

  • Create Exceptional Candidate Experiences: Ensure every candidate and client interaction is positive, professional, timely, and engaging throughout our recruitment and selection process.

 

  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives, focusing on process optimization and innovation.

 

 

What You’ll Bring:

 

  • 7+ years’ recruiting experience in a fast-paced, complex corporate or agency environment identifying and onboarding top talent.

 

  • You have a wide network of candidates from a diverse group of backgrounds.

 

  • Demonstrable experience developing and leveraging successful, innovative approaches to find and engage hard to reach, passive prospects, turning them into active candidates.

 

  • Strong candidate assessment skills.

 

  • Excellent organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and relationships, shifting focus and priorities as needed. You can iterate quickly to do the best thing for our candidates and our team.

 

  • Thoughtful candidate management, proactive communication, high attention to detail and follow through and a strong sense of urgency.

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $80,700
  • Pay Range End: $149,900
