Job Description

As an Account Executive at Teads, you will be at the forefront of driving growth by collaborating with top brands and agencies to deliver impactful campaigns. You'll identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and educate them on Teads' innovative adtech solutions. This role involves maintaining a sales pipeline, partnering with internal teams, and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will work to align Teads' cutting-edge offerings with the evolving needs of your prospects and clients to ensure they receive tailored, impactful solutions.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital media sales.
  • Understanding of the digital media landscape including CTV and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong network within media agencies and direct advertiser contacts.
  • Excellent communicator with presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to operate independently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our award-winning team in the East Coast. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our growth, partnering with top brands and agencies to deliver campaigns that perform, inspire, and break boundaries. What will you do:

  • Identify opportunities and grow our footprint with strategic agencies and brands.
  • Navigate and establish meaningful relationships across complex agency structures, from trading desks to executive teams, while educating them on Teads' cutting-edge solutions.
  • Align Teads’ cutting-edge offerings with the evolving needs of your prospects and clients, ensuring they receive tailored, impactful solutions.
  • Maintain a disciplined and up-to-date sales pipeline to ensure accuracy in revenue forecasting.
  • Partner closely with internal teams across insights, customer experience, and technical solutions to deliver excellence and optimise client satisfaction.

What will you bring to the team?

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital media sales, ideally within mobile, video, or programmatic.
  • Solid understanding of the digital media landscape including CTV, OLV, digital display, and programmatic advertising.
  • A strong network within media agencies and direct advertiser contacts.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to operate independently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving, constantly evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

The pay range for this position is USD $225,000 to $250,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
