Job Description

As an Account Executive, you will be a key part of the Account Management team, serving as the primary contact for clients. Your role involves managing activities and projects from an execution standpoint, coordinating client requests internally with various agency departments like Creative, Production, Strategic Planning, and Media, as well as external suppliers. You will ensure seamless project flow and timely delivery for non-competing clients.
Must have:
  • Establishing a direct relationship with the client's marketing team and agency internal departments.
  • Coordinating internal departments and sometimes outside suppliers.
  • Managing, coordinating and being responsible for the advance of multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of campaigns and coordinating production and delivery of On/Offline projects.
  • Preparing briefs, status reports, competitive reviews, client progress meetings and presentations.
  • Providing upadated and precise information to more senior Account Management contacts (Account Manager/Account Director).
  • Handling budgetary control of your brand and coordination of billing
Good to have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Management or Economics
  • Around 2 years of experience managing clients
  • Strong knowledge of digital communication environment
  • Good people and communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Open to new ideas and change
  • Advanced English, B2

Job Description

As an Account Executive you will be part of the Account Management team providing day to day service on a single or number of non-competing clients. Your role will be as the everyday contact with the client team in managing activities and projects from an execution stand point. Your responability will be to coordinate client requests internally at the agency and coordinate with other internal teams and departments including Creative, Production, Strategic Planning, Media or any additional specialist teams or external suppliers.

Qualifications

We think you’re awesome if you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Management or Economics, or around 2 years of experience managing clients, meaning you will show a clear client orientation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital communication environment.
  • Good people and communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Open to new ideas and change.
  • Advanced English, B2 will be assessed at interview by the Talent Team.
