As a Business Support & Operations Specialist, you will assist the Account Manager with daily operations, directly reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Sales Support & Operations. Your key responsibilities include supporting the Account Manager with daily tasks, ensuring accurate settlements to suppliers, assisting in onboarding new content, collaborating with cross-functional teams for product launches, maintaining accurate records, conducting product cost price checks, identifying and resolving account management issues, conducting market research, and contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes. You will be involved in PID creation and amendments, working with regional sales & marketing teams, and ensuring smooth operations. The role requires a strong understanding of administrative and operational tasks. You will need to be a master of multitasking, an expert in communication, proficient in using Office Suite applications, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. The role thrives in fast-paced environments.

Job Responsibilities :

As a Specialist in Business Support & Operations, you will assist the Account Manager for Digital PIN Content in managing daily operations with Third Party Suppliers, reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Global Sales Support & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Manager with daily tasks, including PID (Product Identification) creation and amendments.
  • Ensure accurate settlements to suppliers.
  • Assist in onboarding new content to Razer Gold’s B2C and B2B platforms and coordinating with regional sales & marketing teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions, ensuring all necessary preparations and follow-ups are completed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account activities, including PID changes, reconciliations, and promotional activities.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure periodic product cost price checks are conducted and implement strategies to mitigate potential risk and losses
  • Identify and resolve issues related to account management, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct market research on digital PIN content product suitability.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Other duties as assigned by reporting manager.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in administrative and operational roles.
  • Master of Multitasking: You handle multiple projects effortlessly, maintaining perfect balance without breaking a sweat.
  • Communication Expert: Your spoken and written words are clear and effective, making you the go-to person for interactions.
  • Office Suite Pro: You excel in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, creating impressive spreadsheets, documents, and presentations.
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies, ensuring precision in your work.
  • Independent & Collaborative: You thrive both independently and in team settings, adapting seamlessly to solo tasks and collaborative projects.
  • Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: You excel in high-speed settings, maintaining your cool and delivering top-notch work.
