As a Business Support & Operations Specialist, you will assist the Account Manager with daily operations, directly reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Sales Support & Operations. Your key responsibilities include supporting the Account Manager with daily tasks, ensuring accurate settlements to suppliers, assisting in onboarding new content, collaborating with cross-functional teams for product launches, maintaining accurate records, conducting product cost price checks, identifying and resolving account management issues, conducting market research, and contributing to the continuous improvement of operational processes. You will be involved in PID creation and amendments, working with regional sales & marketing teams, and ensuring smooth operations. The role requires a strong understanding of administrative and operational tasks. You will need to be a master of multitasking, an expert in communication, proficient in using Office Suite applications, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. The role thrives in fast-paced environments.
