SAFE Security is seeking a Channel Sales Director (CSD) to build and manage relationships with Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Global Service Integrators (GSIs). Reporting to the SVP of Global Channels & Alliances, this role involves collaborating with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, Solution Architects, Channel Marketing, and Sales Operations to achieve sales goals. The CSD will develop and expand partnerships, identify and onboard new partners, build partner sales champions for long-term growth, drive revenue through repeatable pipeline generation initiatives, align with strategic accounts, and lead partner enablement programs including sales training and solution architect collaboration. The ideal candidate has experience with GSIs/VARs, a proven ability to develop new channel partners, strong presentation and advisory skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative team-player mentality.
