About the Role & Team
The Coordinator, Credits, Titles & Ratings Administration provides both coordinator-level and administrative support to the Credits, Titles & Ratings Administration team, which supports theatrical and streaming feature films across banners at the Walt Disney Studios, including Disney Live Action, 20th Century Studios and Searchlight Pictures. The Coordinator manages the team’s daily operations, ensures the smooth flow of information, and provides essential support to a dynamic team of entertainment professionals.

What You Will Do
Maintain and distribute status reports, ensuring all relevant parties are up to date on screen credits, title registrations, and MPA ratings across theatrical and streaming feature films.
Manage a comprehensive team calendar to track important deadlines, including production and post-production milestones, title registration submissions, and MPA rating processes.
Ensure critical deadlines are met by monitoring timelines and flagging any potential delays in collaboration with the team.
Serve as the point of contact for internal teams and external partners, facilitating clear and efficient communication across departments involved in the credits, registration, and rating processes.
Provide day-to-day administrative support, including meeting coordination, note-taking, and document organization.
Maintain databases and tracking systems related to screen credits, title registrations, and MPA ratings. Ensure all data is up to date and easily accessible by the team.
Order and maintain office supplies for the team
Manage or assist with other department projects as needed
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, or project coordination role, ideally within the entertainment industry
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
A passion for film and a commitment to supporting a collaborative and fast-paced team environment
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments) and databases (e.g., Scenechronize)
Familiarity with film production and post-production processes
Prior work experience at a major studio, guild/union, law firm or other fast-paced corporate environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
