Job Description

We are looking for a professional and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, handling product questions, order updates, and service issues, processing returns and exchanges, maintaining detailed customer interaction records, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting sales and operations teams.
Must have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good to have:

We are looking for a professional and proactive Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with clarity and professionalism

  • Handle product questions, order updates, and service issues

  • Process returns, exchanges, and track shipments as needed

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer concerns

  • Support sales and operations teams with customer-related tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer systems

  • Bilingual skills are a plus
