Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will support campaign development, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, results-driven, and has a strong grasp of current market trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies aligned with client goals

• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to develop and launch campaigns

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using reports and metrics

• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights

• Prepare marketing presentations, briefs, and promotional materials

• Maintain updated records of marketing metrics and activity reports

• Support event planning, trade show coordination, and client presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role

• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic marketing tools

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
