The Marketing Science Manager will set the strategic direction for the team, owning the Insights and analysis discipline and coordinating with other channels to meet people-based marketing goals. Responsibilities include overseeing the full range of services to enhance marketing effectiveness through MMM, Attribution reporting, experimentation & incrementality testing, and bespoke media analytics. The role involves acting as the client lead for small to medium projects, creating and presenting data-driven narratives, and developing measurement frameworks and strategies. The candidate will work in a hybrid schedule.

The Role

As Marketing Science Manager you’ll specialise in incrementality measurement through either Marketing Mix Modelling or incrementality experiments, playing a pivotal role in assessing the true impact of our marketing efforts on driving business outcomes. You will be part of a team that takes statistical robustness seriously in the design of models and tests and can take the complex and explain it simply. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop methodologies, analyse results, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.


Responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of the full range of our products and services for our clients to improve their marketing effectiveness through the usage of MMM, Attribution reporting, experimentation & incrementality testing and bespoke media analytics

  • Act as the client lead for small to medium sized projects, ensuring high quality deliveries and effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders

  • Create and present compelling stories informed by our data work for all stakeholders

  • Creation of measurement frameworks and strategies

What we are looking for in you

  • Core understanding of the requirements, limitations & value of marketing effectiveness services such as MMM, Attribution, experimentation and Incrementality testing

  • Ability to execute our core services independently and the ability to guide and train more junior team members

  • Core statistical knowledge

  • Core understanding of how marketing can contribute to business success and strong understanding of marketing theory

  • Understanding how different solutions work together to create a holistic measurement framework

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/PPT

  • R or Python, SQL, PowerBI (or similar technology)
