The role involves recruitment for the operations department, specifically for positions such as delivery station manager, delivery staff, warehouse manager, and cargo handler. Responsibilities include identifying and proposing effective recruitment channels, screening applications, contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting interviews. The position also requires reporting to the direct manager and supporting other tasks as needed. A minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment or a similar role is required. Candidates should be proficient in office software and ideally have experience recruiting general labor. The ability to work independently and multitask is essential, along with basic English proficiency.

Job Details
Mô tả công việc:
- Thực hiện công tác tuyển dụng các vị trí cho khối vận hành: Trường/phó trạm giao hàng, nhân viên giao hàng, quản lý kho, nhân viên xử lý hàng hóa........
- Tìm kiếm, đề xuất các kênh tuyển dụng hiệu quả;
- Sàng lọc hồ sơ, liên hệ với các ứng viên, sắp xếp lịch phỏng vấn và trực tiếp tham gia phỏng vấn;
- Thực hiện báo cáo theo yêu cầu từ Quản lý trực tiếp;
- Hỗ trợ các công việc khi có yêu cầu từ Quản lý trực tiếp.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Tối thiểu 6 tháng kinh nghiệm vị trí tuyển dụng nhân sự hoặc tương tự.
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học các chuyên ngành liên quan Quản trị nhân sự, Quản trị kinh doanh...
- Thành thạo tin học văn phòng.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm tuyển dụng các vị trí lao động phổ thông.
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và đa nhiệm;
- Tiếng Anh cơ bản.
