Ninja Xpress is seeking a People Analytics & HR Insight Assistant Manager to manage continuous improvement within HR processes aligned with business objectives. This role involves managing data analytics within the Human Resources team, providing insights across functions to improve strategy, and enhancing automation within the HR team for accessibility and ease of use. Key responsibilities include creating projections through insight analysis, developing and conducting engagement surveys for white-collar employees, analyzing trends to develop solutions and policies, designing and managing the people analytics strategy and dashboard, and developing internal HR insights for stakeholders to ensure impactful HR services and products.
Must have:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related major (Statistics preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR (generalist)
- Understanding of HR end-to-end processes
- Proven data literacy
- Data-driven mindset
- Solution-oriented approach
- Problem-solving skills
- Project management experience
- Experience using Google Looker Studio
- Experience in payroll analytics
Good to have:
- SQL exposure
- Tableau exposure

Job Purpose
- Responsible for managing continuous improvement which applied in the HR Process aligned to business objectives. And managing the data analytics within the Human Resources team. Through the data it will provide insight across functions to gain perspective and improve the strategy. This role also focuses on improving the automation activity in the HR team to ensure each process is accessible, easy to use and makes the flow hygiene.
Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for creating the projection through insight analysis to Execute HR activities to each stakeholder within the company.
- Develop and Conduct the Engagement Survey for White Collar and get insight which lead to an initiative and possible development outcomes.
- Analysis trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs and policies that are related with the business needs by creating the project initiatives.
- Design and manage the People analytics strategy, framework, and dashboard to support the HR Strategy through the dashboard analysis and improvement within the HR team.
- Develop and manage internal HR insight to the respective stakeholder to ensure that HR Services and Product are impacted to the employee. Also providing the proposing insight to initiate the improvement strategy.
Requirements
- Min Bachelor Degree in related major (Preferably in statistic major)
- Min 2 years experience in HR, as generalist and understand HR end to end processHas proven track record on data literacy
- Data driven, solution oriented, and problem solving, Project Management
- Have work using Google Lookers Data Studio. (SQL and or Tableau exposure would be a plus point)
- Experienced in payroll analytics
