The People Experience/Onboarding Specialist will join the Global People Operations team, focusing on integrating new talent and ensuring a smooth transition. The role involves conducting orientation sessions and providing ongoing support. Responsibilities include reviewing new hires' paperwork, preparing agreements, coordinating the onboarding process, developing onboarding programs, preparing materials for newcomers, providing individual support during probation, organizing feedback sessions, collaborating with the People Operations department, and assessing the onboarding process. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team. The company is looking for someone who is optimistic, eager to learn, and proficient in English.
Must have:
  • Minimum secondary education, preferably in HR or related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in handling documentation with accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate with specialists.
  • Creative approach to tasks and initiative.
  • Developed sensitivity and ability to solve challenging cases.
  • Proficient in English (upper-intermediate written and spoken).

Job Details

We are seeking a People Experience/Onboarding Specialist to join our Global People Operations team. This role involves integrating new talent, conducting orientation sessions, and providing support for a smooth transition. Ideal candidates are those starting their HR career or those with relevant experience looking to grow in an international IT company. If you have the right skills but lack experience, we encourage you to apply. 

Superpowers you have:

  • Minimum secondary education (higher education, preferably in human resources management, legal, management, philology, psychology or a related field).  
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.  
  • Proven experience in handling and organizing documentation with accuracy and care  
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or errors  
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate with different categories of specialists.  
  • Creative approach to tasks, initiative, and proactivity.  
  • Developed sensitivity and ability to solve challenging cases.  
  • Optimism and a sincere desire to learn constantly.  
  • Proficient in English (upper-intermediate written and spoken).

Becoming part of Room 8 Group, you will:

  • Review the new hires’ provided paperwork and documentation, ensuring it is actual  
  • Prepare the B2B Service agreements and facilitate signing  
  • Organizing and coordinating the onboarding process for new specialists.  
  • Developing and improving the onboarding program for different categories of specialists.  
  • Preparing and updating materials for newcomers, including instructions, adaptation tasks, handbooks, and training materials.  
  • Providing individual support to new specialists during their probationary period.  
  • Organizing and moderating feedback sessions with new specialists and their managers.  
  • Collaborating with the People Operations department and other teams to ensure the successful onboarding of new specialists.  
  • Assessing the effectiveness of the onboarding process and making necessary changes/updates.  
  • Maintaining internal team documentation, writing reports, and compiling analytical reports.
