What the Role Entails

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end process mapping for HR Shared Service Center (SSC) workflows, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, internal transfer, employee inquiry, and benefit operation, global mobility etc.
• Monitor the efficiency hr operation processes and Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and non-value-added activities; design and implement streamlined processes with cross-function alignment and clear SLAs
• Develop dashboards to track process efficiency metrics and report progress to stakeholders. For conducting post-implementation reviews to ensure sustainability of improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and HRIS teams to integrate automation solutions to continuously improve the service level quality and efficiency of SSC services
• Train HRSSC regional teams on Lean tools, root cause analysis and related methodologies.

Who We Look For

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources with 5+ in HR Shared Service Center management, with specialization in operating an overseas HR Shared Service Center;
• Good at process optimization and continuous improvement, six sigma certificate preferred.
• Professional data analysis and data visualization capabilities, e.g. python, sql, Power BI, tableau etc.
• Project management and influencing abilities - strong business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, coaching skills, and project management skills to stakeholder and other advisors.
• Strong HR professional knowledge, familiar with labor laws and regulations are preferred;
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to cross-cultural and cross-border communication.
• Ability to communicate bilingually (English / Mandarin) to work with both international stakeholders and China HQ based teammates will be a huge plus
