The role involves saving digital files in designated locations following document control naming specifications and assuring the quality of digital files before submitting to Quality Control, aiming for "Right The First Time" execution. The artist must ensure all tasks are completed according to SGS's best practices, be familiar with client terminology, brand guidelines, and regulations, and self-quality check all work. They will update schedulers and customer service on job status, ensure proper charging of jobs and materials, and clearly communicate job-related information when handing off tasks to colleagues. The position requires a willingness to extend working hours, attend digital meetings, and embrace continuous development by absorbing new workflows. The artist will also assist in developing written procedures for new clients and projects.
